How it all began
Hi! We are Kassandra and Manuel. Tu Poke was born from a simple but powerful idea: to bring fresh, healthy and delicious food to Santa Cruz de Tenerife. In 2021, when we opened our doors, we wanted to offer something different in the city. Not just a place to eat, but an experience that combined authentic flavours, quality ingredients and the warmth of friendly service.
From day one, our philosophy has been clear: every bowl should be a small masterpiece. Fresh ingredients selected daily, prepared to order, and the freedom for each customer to create their perfect combination or trust our recommendations.
What began as a small shop specialising in poke bowls has grown to become one of the city's favourite places, but we have never lost our essence: freshness, quality and care in every dish we prepare.
